Your home is an investment.  When you sell it, you want to make a very good return on your   investment.  You want a buyer to pay top dollar for your home.  Staging® a home helps enhance the home’s good features and hides the not so good ones.

There has been an explosion of television shows that have proven this to be a true equity advancement tool. The way you live in your home reflects your lifestyle and personality.  When you sell a home, people want to picture their own lifestyle and personality.  In order for them to do that, the home needs to be neutralized, yet remain stylish.

Many people decorate for their own taste and have a hard time wondering why their homes won’t sell.  That is where I come in and help.  I can take your existing furnishings and artwork etc in your home and re-arrange it; offer suggestions for repair work; offer suggestions for updated items; or just work with what you have to give your home an appealing look through home staging.

Meet Susan

Welcome to my site.  I hope you find everything you need here.  If you don't, just shoot me an e-mail and I can give you all of the information you need to know.  I am a part-time stager/organizer, and a full time Director of Human Resources and Facilities for a professional services firm in Columbia, Maryland. I have two degrees: an Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management. I have been in senior management for over 12 years. 

I have always been a highly organized professional.  In my current position, I also oversee the facilities and get to conduct interior office design, set up and organize office space and help standardize business systems.  I use that experience in your home. 

It's my passion for order, an inherent artistic talent, and a love for beautiful things that have led me into this business.  I am an affiliate member of the Bay Area Association of Realtors®,  a local chapter of the National Association of Realtors®.   Call me today to discuss how I can help you.

I am located on Kent Island.  I serve Queen Anne's, Anne Arundel, Prince George's, and Howard Counties; as well as Baltimore City and surrounding counties in Delaware.  I am willing to travel, depending on location.  Please call me or e-mail me to discuss.
